He was predeceased by: his siblings, Wayne Bishop, Robert Bishop and Jeanne Cates. He is survived by: his wife Sally Bishop; his son David Bishop; and his grandchildren, Amanda Winston (Rob) and Adam Bishop. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
