He is survived by: his siblings, Debra Schmidt of Rochester Hills, Gary Schmidt (Teresa) of Grosse Ile, Karen Maynard (Kim Carpenter) of Rochester and Michael Schmidt of Cheboygan; and his nieces and nephews, Benjamin (Lucienne), Jennifer (Joe), Lauren (Rick) and Roxy (Mike).
