He was predeceased by : his parents, Ted and Frances. He is survived by : his wife Carol; and his children, Christine, Chad (Carol), Mike (Jennifer) and Craig (Stacey). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Grosse Ile VFW or Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
