We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2022, at the age of 83, Charles E. Tourner of Grosse Ile, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his wife Susan M. Tourner; his children, Hiroko Iha (Kenji), Gary Tourner (Kay), Mary Kennedy, Susan P. Tourner (Jeff Head), Kim Tourner and David Tourner (Munira); and his siblings, Patricia Torres, Fran Mokrenski and James Tourner (Jenifer). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren.
