He was predeceased by : his parents, Joyce Ann Borski and Andrew R Macko; his brother Jeffrey John Macko; and his brother-in-law Daniel Vasquez. He is survived by : his wife Virginia Vasquez Macko (Gina); and his grandchildren, Landon, Alanna, London and Alyssa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, Uncle.

Visitation was held on Saturday, June 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Czopek Funeral Directors (2157 Oak St, Wyandotte, MI 48192). A funeral service was held on Sunday, June 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
