She is survived by: her husband Thomas Halcisak; her children, Kelli Halcisak (Lauren), Jason Halcisak (Shannon) and Angela Halcisak; her grandchildren, Carly, Tyler, Zak, Charley, Cole and Lucas; her mother Gisela Bayko; and her siblings, William Bayko (Cindy) and Doris Frommann (Gary).
In lieu of flowers, her family asks that donations be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN).
