He was predeceased by: his father William L. Bush; and his sister Pamela K. Rowland (Bush). He is survived by: his wife Katherine M. Bush (Sheeks); his mother Marilyn S. Bush of Ann Arbor; his children, Kimberley L. Gordon (Scott) of Whitmore Lake, Kathy-Jo L. Sampson (Michael) of Northville and William A. Bush of Gregory; and his grandchildren, Julie Cox (Bryan), Olivia Hayward (Ashden), Noah Sampson and Ethan Sampson.
