He is survived by: his son Jayson Scott Minix (Andrea) of Richmond, KY; his grandchildren, Austin, Lauren and Ian; his siblings, Deborah K. Schenk of Gregory, Marlene A. Stevens of Stockbridge and Michael A. Minix of Gregory; his niece Chassidy Marie Long; his nephews, William Arthur Risner, Ryan Lee Risner, Jeffrey Scott Risner, Robert Ardel Long and Jess Matthew Stevens; his great-niece Kaitlin Rochelle Risner; his great-nephews, Alexander Justin Long, Jack Robert Risner and Benjamin Arthur Risner; his aunts, Alice Keeton (Junior) of Jeffersonville, KY and Dorothy Salyer of Stockbridge; and his uncle Wisemond "Blue" Salyer (Sylvia) of Jackson.
