He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lee Nicholas and Florence Nicholas; his wife Becky; his stepchildren, Joel David (Heather), Alison Rosenthal (Paul) and Jonathan David (Carmela); his grandchildren, Ayden Otero, Katum Otero, Madelyn David, Bethany Rosenthal, Lincoln David, Reagan Rosenthal, Isabella David, Henry and Joshua Rosenthal; his niece Heather Nicholas; and his friends, Cheryl Stanzel, Jim and Brittany Bennett.
