She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Chielens and Shirley Chielens; and her brother Michael Chielens. She is survived by: her husband Gregory Zepke; her children, Alissa Leslie (Garry), Lauren Mantay and Thomas Zepke; her grandsons, Joseph Leslie, Jack Leslie, Jason Leslie, Mark Mantay Jr. and Philip Mantay; and her sisters, Diane Chielens (Jeff Towner) and Gail Chielens (Steve Mattila).
