He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Leslie Worthington Sr. and Virginia Worthington (Belanger); his son Dale Johnson; and his granddaughter Jennifer Meyers. He is survived by: his wife Mary Worthington (Abell); his children, Diane Hubble (Russ), Paul Johnson (Marsha), Leslie Worthington and Lynne Worthington; and his sister Mary Seefeld (Craig). He is also survived by his family and friends.
