He is survived by: his wife Sandra Johnston (Gregory); his children, Diane Kalmbach (Kim), Laurie Al-Mansoor (Abdul), James Johnston (Christi) and Megan Urie (Anthony); his grandchildren, Alex, Jordan, Sara, Sami, Nikki, Katy, Evelyn, Mikayla, James, Caleb and Zachary; and his siblings, Everett, John, David and Mary.
