He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sister Judy Fly (Michael) of Nashville, TN; his daughters, Micki Chillison, Eileen-Young Bradley and Michelle Kellenberger (Thad); his nephew Joseph Fly; and his grandchildren, Bradley, Ryan, Noah, Ava, Brian, Audrey, Ethan, Macy, Owen, Lauren, Natalie and Alaina.
