We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2022, at the age of 93, Winifred Joy Thomas of Greenville, Michigan, born in Midland, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert B. Northrup and Ida E. Northrup (Hepinstall); her husband Nelson Thomas; her sons, Richard and Rodney Thomas; her grandchildren, Leah Miller, Scott Thomas and Lamont Quales; and her great grandchild Elly Grace.

She is survived by: her children, Rhoda Miller (Alton) of Hastings, Rachel Thomas of Reed City, Rhea Quales of Reed City, Robert Thomas (Becky) of Columbus and Royal Thomas (Carolyn) of Alexandria, Alabama; her daughter-in-law Maxine Thomas of Greenville; her grandchildren, Jared Miller, David Miller (Rachael), Joseph Quales (Kendra), Jonathan Quales (Danielle), Jason Quales (Kristen), Robert Thomas (Kristy), RuthAnn Toy (Ryan), Libby Jones (Morgan), Eddie Thomas (Brittnay), Ericka Calderon, Katie Westmorland (Emmett), Wendy Jeffery (Marlin) and Gwen Schoenfelder (Mark); and her sister Lillian Hayes of Flint. She is also survived by 33 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
