He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank D. Stevens and Beatrice "Betty" Stevens (Nummer); his siblings, Marion, Betsy Kay, Richard and Ted; and his nephews, John Newell and Michael Newell.
He is survived by: his wife Betsy Stevens of Greenville; his children, Susan Andrusiak (John), Don Stevens (Diana) and Craig Stevens; his grandchildren, Jennifer Ramey (Chad), Paul Andrusiak (Karen), Kathryn Winters, Timothy Andrusiak, Elizabeth Andrusiak, Sarah DeSota (Caleb), Rebekah Trafer (Matt), Christopher Stevens, Ryan Stevens (Briendan) and Austin Stevens; his great grandchildren, Daniel Bodus, Alexis Stevens, Lucas Stevens, Rain Stevens, Remington Stevens, Leia Trafer, Arya Winters, Eloise Winters and Gabriel Winters; and his siblings, Charlene Rusch (David), Laura Moore (John), Linda Voss (Tony), Robert Stevens (Leslie) and John Stevens. He is also survived by his children and wife.
