He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Bush and Verna Bush (Thompson); his siblings, Robert Male, James Male (Sharon) of Lakeview, Leslie Male, Beatrice Gale and Rachel Welch (Robert) of Lakeview; and his nephew Gordon Paulson of Lakeview.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Wenger-Molitor; his son Tim Male (Angela) of Morley; his stepchildren, Dannielle Jaworski (Kurt) of Sterling Heights and Darrick Molitor of Jenison; his grandchildren, Melissa Page of Fremont, Taylor Male (Brittany) of Canadian Lakes, Laura Quirin (Brady) of Morley, Brady Jaworski of Grand Rapids and Olivia Jaworski of Sterling Heights; his sister Hazel Finup (Dale) of Lakeview; his brothers-in-law, John Wenger (Karin) of Greenville, Richard Wenger (Toni) of Stanton and Dan Wenger of Greenville; his nieces and nephews, Debbie Hallock (John) of Lakeview, Laurie Smits of Trufant, Tammy Moore (Butch) of Pierson, Denise Male (Mark) of Morley, Mike Finup of Lakeview, Ellie Finup Baker of Trufant and Dawn Male of Lakeview; and his great grandchildren, Weston, Jase Page, Wyatt, Ellie Male, Jack and Tyler Quirin.
