He is survived by: his father Donald White; his children, Sherri White (Tyrus Fleck) and Levi White (Amber); his grandchildren, Tyler Shultz, Gage Fleck, Adelyn White, Leland White and Braxten White; his girlfriend Jane Nowak; and his siblings, Mike Baker, Kathy White and Jeff White (Beverly). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
