He is survived by: his daughter Kim Schaner of Grand Rapids; his grandchildren, Michael Schaner of Grand Rapids and Kyla Schaner of Walker; his brothers, Gary Walkington (Martha) of Trufant and Terry Walkington (Sandi) of Venice, Florida; and his nieces and nephews, Kyle Walkington of Texas, Kalen Walkington of Oregon, Larry Lee Bennett of Texas, Jill Ashbaugh (Shane) of Six Lakes, Brittney Norton (Alex) of Greenville, Michelle Tomlinson of Georgia and Cindy Wilcox (Bob) of Florida.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Marshall Funeral Home (420 W Grove St, Greenville, MI 48838). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
