He was predeceased by: his parents, Theron Neal and Marie Welch; his sister Eloyce Ostlund; his grandson Alan Roberts; and his former wife Evelyn.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his sister Patricia DeVoll; his children, Ruth Roberts Shepherd, Ted II Bailey (Kate), Jennifer Neumann (Ron), Shawn Ingersoll (Mandy) and Nicole Ingersoll; his grandchildren, Matthew Bailey (Keely), Michael McCrindle (Amelia Volkman), Allysen, Alexa, Aubree Neumann, Ashton, Macy Ingersoll, Austin and Michael Ingersoll; his great grandchildren, Brysen, Travis Bailey, Meagan Stone (Chris) and Cassie Roberts; and his granddaughter-in-law Catherine Roberts.
