He is survived by: his children, Sara Fleming (Jeff) and Brandon Schmidtke (Sydnee Rogers); his close friend Mary Jo Donahoe; his granddaughter Olivia Fleming; and his siblings, Linda Castle (Larry), Gail Hergenrather (Steve), Steve Schmidtke, Mike Schmidtke and Richard Schmidtke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
