He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond F. Eyer and Charlotte A. Eyer (Hovey); and his son Michael Eyer. He is survived by: his son Rick Eyer (Sherry); his grandchildren, Erik Eyer (Melissa Grimes), Angelica Clark, Dustin Dann (Kaley), Devin Dann (Anissa) and Nick Hull (Amanda); and his brother Ron Eyer (Madeline). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Faith Hospice.
