He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond F. Eyer and Charlotte A. Eyer (Hovey); and his son Michael Eyer. He is survived by : his son Rick Eyer (Sherry); his grandchildren, Erik Eyer (Melissa Grimes), Angelica Clark, Dustin Dann (Kaley), Devin Dann (Anissa) and Nick Hull (Amanda); and his brother Ron Eyer (Madeline). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hurst Funeral Home (1801 W Washington St, Greenville, MI 48838). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Faith Hospice.
