We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2018, at the age of 77, Phyllis Jean Hoort (Greenville, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, August Hoort and Jeanette Hoort; her sibling-in-law Joyce Buning; and also Alvin Buning. She is survived by: her siblings, Mary, Bob DeKoekkoek of Kalamazoo, Jim, Carol Hoort of Ionia, Jan DenBesten of Tucson, Eileen, Henry Hofstra of Holland and Connie VanHouten of Greenville.
