He is survived by: his wife Cindy (Heidema); his sons, Kevin Kruizenga, Kurt Kruizenga (Danielle) and Kyle Kruizenga; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Hailey (Johnathon Willis), Westin, Emersyn, Garett, Toryn and Asher; and his sisters-in-law, Regina Johnston and Cathy Kruizenga. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorial contributions in Mike's honor may be made to Saint Luke's University Parish where Mike and Cindy were founding members.
