She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Vance and Haner Vance; her husband Paul L Foster; her siblings, Rachel Baughn, Lillian Sullivan, Icye Diamond and Regina Pearl Vance; and her children, Paula Jane Garter and Suzie Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Rita Morgan (Joseph) of Greenville and Steven Foster of Greenville; and her brother Jack Vance (Sue) of North Carolina. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, numerous great-great-grandchildren.
