He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Ecker and Mary Ecker; and his brothers, Ronald Ecker, Larry Ecker and Ted Ecker.

He is survived by: his children, Clyde Ecker, Susan Ecker, Kathy Moore and Eileen Sarver.
