She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Dennis and Anna Dennis (Fish); her husband Ellis W. Hansen; her siblings, Lucille Emerson, Jeannette Smead and Leo; and her sister-in-law Ruth Dennis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy S. Kent of Greenville, Karen Scott (Doug) of Crystal, Teresa Smith (Carl) of Greenville and Connie (Ron Ferguson); and her grandchildren, Douglas Hansen, Phillip Kent (Kendra), Kristine Shoen, Casey Wedderburn, Kurt Hansen, Tarah Meyering (Ben), Kyle Smith (Amy) and Erin Smith. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
