It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laureen Gillis of Greenville, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on November 9, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Gillis and Dorothy Gillis (Skorka); and her siblings, Richard Gillis and Marylu Hilliker. She is survived by: her sister Dorothy Sprague (Steve) of Gowen; her close friends, Cindy, Jack Bultman and Linda Van Kuiken; her pets, Cricket Louise, Poppy Louise and Leo Lewis; her siblings, Richard Maze of Grand Rapids, Eunice Blackwood (Bud) of Grand Rapids, Lorretta Berrios (Steve) of Grand Rapids, Roberta Halas (Greg) of Grand Rapids and Arlene Howe of Big Rapids; and her cousins, Ken Howe (Teresa) of Coral and Mike Howe (Linda) of Reed City. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and countless friends.
