He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Jr. Payne and Jacquelyn Payne (Timmers); and his father-in-law Van Trumble. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his children, Joseph Payne, Samantha Payne and Justin Payne; his grandson Jaix Saing; and his brothers, Dan Payne (Karen), Rick Payne and Jeffery Payne (Sandi). He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
