He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wayne, Rose Tullila and Vernon Hintsala. He is survived by: his parents, Julie Hintsala (Charles) and Donald Tullila (Mary); his daughter Lottie R. Tullila; his siblings, Kristina Tullila (Ron Krommendyk), Kimberly Lenters (Dan) and Anthony Slagter; his nieces, Alina and Emma; his nephew Dylan; his grandmother Judith Hintsala; and his friends, Jerry Henderson, Steve Schwartz, Jeff Ferguson and Max Henderson (Emily). He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
