He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolf Schoenfelder and Emma Schoenfelder (Pietzke); his sister Harriet Schoenfelder; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Schoenfelder, Lois Schoenfelder, William, Jean Schenkel and Roseanne Killion.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lorraine Killion; his sons, Rodney Schoenfelder (Barbara) of Minnesota, Donald Schoenfelder (Bernadette) of Cody, WY, Mark Schoenfelder (Gwen) of Greenville and Gregory Schoenfelder (Brenda) of Minnesota; his grandchildren, Eric, Emma, Cassie (Stephen), John, Matthew, Garett (Mary), Logan, Haley, Alyssa and Sara; his great grandchildren, Owen and Ozzy; and his brothers, Fred Schoenfelder and Duane Schoenfelder.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Ray I. Booth American Legion Post 101, Careline Hospice, or a charity of choice.
