She is survived by: her daughter Sasha Moore (Scott); her former husband Jess Durant (Tabitha); her sisters, Pam Wild, Barb Montgomery and Karen Smith; her close friend Penny Tompkins (Doug); her children, Mandana Tompkins and Christina Wittkop; her sister Leanna Sly; her nieces and nephews, Adrian Trenton Sly, Destinee Sly and Amelia Aeolic; her daughter Jessica Kranz (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Patience, Oakley, Elliot and Hollie; and her pets, Annie and Blitzen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
