She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Michalek and Josephine Michalek (Kristina); and her siblings, Michael, George, Raymond, Richard, Elsie and Betty.
She is survived by: her children, Anne Henry (Berle) of Stanton, Joseph Pollock (Phyllis) of McBride, Thomas Pollock (Karen) of Greenville, Andrew Pollock (Bonnie) of Greenville, Michael Pollock (Lori) of Stanton, Paul Pollock (Heidy) of Greenville, Kathryn Bellmer (James) of Greenville and William Pollock (Nikki) of Greenville; her brother Joseph Michalek (Vicky) of Ohio; and her sisters-in-law, Ruth Michalek of Ohio and Helen Michalek of Ohio. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren.
