He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph C. Maharry and Helen M. Maharry Sr. (Muthers); his wife Constance D. Maharry; his sisters, Mary Francess Boggs, Elaine Maharry and Jo-Anne Mennel; and his daughter-in-law Sally May Case (Davis).
He is survived by: his children, Mary Maharry, Athena Maharry, Naomi Maharry, Joe-Seth Maharry, Monte Newland (Trisia) and Michael Case (Nicole); and his brothers, Larry Maharry, Eugene Maharry and Harold Maharry (Rhonda). He is also survived by his grandchildren, great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Craycraft Veterans Park, Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
