He was predeceased by: his parents, John Andrew and Ilene Gay (Horton). He is survived by: his pet Alley; his wife Debbie; his son Daniel; his siblings, Jackie Brooks, Terry Satterlee (Judy) and John Gay; his brother-in-law Steve Mason (Shelly); his parents-in-law, Don and Helen Mason; and his cousin Pam Lenon (Art). He is also survived by numerous friends and other relatives.
