He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Cole and Frances E. Cole (Lyons); his wife Shirley Cole; his brothers, Billy and Bob Cole; and his stepdaughter Brenda Robinson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Randy Cole of Ohio, Wesley Cazier of Belding, Betty Jean Martinez (Eddie) of Florida, Sue Jurado of Stanton and Debra Sherard (Charlie); his stepdaughters, Annette Robinson of California and Lorraine Harris of South Carolina; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Myers (Kenneth), Christy Scharaswak (Joseph), Nicholas Scharaswak, Amber Moore (Jimmy), Rebecca Young and Tara Robinson (Kenneth Griffin). He is also survived by several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
