She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Winwood and Verna Winwood (Stambaugh); her husband Fred Bowers; and her siblings, Kenny Winwood, Shirley Boorech, Mary Lou Crouser and Kathryn Rugh.
She is survived by: her sons, Arnold Bowers (Connie) of Georgia, Christopher Bowers (Maria "Becky") of Six Lakes, James Bowers (Karen) of Stanton and Michael Bowers of Sparta; her grandchildren, Alyse (Steve), Drew, Emily (Nathan), Andrea, Sasha, Olivia, Bronson, James (Kayla), Sawyer, Moriah and Megan; her great grandchildren, Alyia, Jessa, Maylee, Maci, Marshall, Jaxon, Owen, Vallon and Oberyn; and her siblings, Robert Winwood of Belding, Allen Winwood of Nevada and Neva Sherman of Pennsylvania. She is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hurst Funeral Home (1801 W Washington St, Greenville, MI 48838). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Interim Hospice.
