With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jimmy Wayne Jenkins of Greenville, Michigan, born in Lakeview, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 6, 2024 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his mother Lois "Delphine" Jenkins (Rowland); his great grandchild Bruce Lee; and his sisters, Joan and Jane Jenkins. He is survived by: his father Wayne Jenkins; his wife Marilyn Engquist of Greenville; his daughters, Rhonda Auberle (Matthew) of Seymour, TN, Theresa Jenkins of Benton Harbor and Kimberly Horne (Michael) of Hubert, NC; his grandchildren, Richard, Brittany, Daniel, Jessica, Stephany, Zachery and Walter; and his siblings, Beverly Klein and Oaks.
He earned the "Bell Award" for making a significant contribution to the school system in 1987.
