He is survived by: his wife Diana; his daughter Suzanne Surrell of Grand Rapids; his stepchildren, Chris Jensen (Carrie) of Greenville and Michelle Hammond (Izaak) of Hudsonville; his stepdaughter-in-law Darlene Jensen of Savannah, Georgia; his grandchildren, Caitlin, Ethan, Abby, Alex, Elliot and Curtis; his former wife Doris Pellow of Sheridan; and his close friends, Allen, Pam Wheeler of Greenville, Rick and Cindy Snow of Greenville.
