He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine "Jerri" Vandenburg; and his brothers, Ronald, Roger and Rodney. He is survived by: his wife Claire Vandenburg; and his children, Marian Hunter (Ronald), John Vandenburg (Tammy), David Vandenburg (Deborah), Randy Vandenburg (Robin) and Lorri Snyder (Teddy). He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
