He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Murdock. He is survived by: his children, Ann Marie Mulcahy (Timothy Mulcahy) and David Scott McKindley (Suzanne McKindley); and his grandchildren, Abigail, Ryan Mulcahy, Mason and Paige McKindley.
