He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Waters and Grace Waters (Connor); his wife Ella May Ludlow; and his brother Royce Waters (Evelyn). He is survived by: his former wife Helen Gaffney; his children, Marlene Stilson (Jerry) of Cadillac and Harold "Buster" Ludlow (Norma) of Hillsdale; his nieces, Barbara Waters Hurlbut (Dorrance) and Wilma Waters; his nephew David Seidelman; and also, Marjorie Hansen of Belding, Bill Bird (Liz) of Ionia, Sam Bird (Mary) of Haslett and Jeannie Crawley (Joe) of Penn Valley, CA..

Due to the Covid-19 virus only 10 people will be allowed in church at one time.

Memorials may be given to two of Glenn's favorite places; Belding United Methodist Church or the Belding Library.
