He is survived by: his wife Keyana Oliveria-Adams; his sons, Brenden and Anthony Adams; his parents, Glenn Adams and Angela Adams Jr.; his sister Alison (Aaron Adams); his nieces, Morgan of Las Vegas, NV. and Haylee Adams of Las Vegas, NV.; his grandparents, Glenn, Wanda Adams, Pam and Gary Wood; his aunts, Nikki (Bill Pollock) and Susan (Joseph Nichols); his uncle Ryan (Bridgett Adams); and his close friends, Josh Paulson, Dylan Jones, Will Larabel, Dylan Armato, Eric, Trisha Simon and Chase White.
In Lieu of flowers monetary donations to the family to help with expenses.
