Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Gertrude Baird of Greenville, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 87, on June 27, 2024. She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Edward and Merle Gee (Sabin); her husband Carl F. Baird, Sr.; her grandson Jesse McGuire; and her siblings, Thelma, Ellsworth, Thomas Edward Jr., Ernest, William, John and Richard.

She is survived by : her children, Jack, Elaine Gee, Rick, Marie Drake, Dan Drake, Charles Drake, Helen, Brian Tolar, Dorothy Closz, Donna Reed, Charlie Hradsky, Carl F. Baird, Jr. and Viola Cooper; and her siblings, Gloria Bartaway, Katie Lou (Tom Hole), Everett Gee and Don (Angel Gee). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Christiansen's Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care (511 S Franklin St, Greenville, MI 48838). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
