He is survived by: his wife Deb Cook; his daughters, Lori Cook (Steve Haynes) and Kimberly (Troy Salinas); his grandchildren, Christa (Justin Rood), Tyler Salinas and Sydney Salinas; his great grandchildren, Lainey Mae Rood and Zeke Salinas; his sister Kay Lynn Cook; his mother-in-law Eleanor Buckmaster; and his siblings-in-law, Donald, Sue Buckmaster, Doug Buckmaster and Bonnie Buckmaster. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
