He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn B. Baxter and Ruth I. Baxter. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Marie Andersen; his children, Andrew Baxter of Greenville and Dr. Janna Pacey (TJ); his granddaughter Keely "Honeybear" Pacey; and his brother Glenn R. Baxter (Carol) of Crystal. He is also survived by one niece, two nephews, cousins, and several special friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his honor may be given to Greenville First United Methodist Church or a charity of your choice.
