It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ester Govea Remelts of Greenville, Michigan, who passed away on March 23, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Marten Remelts Sr.; her sons, Marten Remelts Jr. and Edward Remelts; her parents, Anastacio "Joe" Ramos and Dolores Govea Ramos; and her sister Ida Ramos.
She is survived by: her children, Kristy Leslie, Jerry Remelts (Suzanne) and Chad Remelts (Jeannie); and her siblings, Robert Ramos, Alexandra Ramos, Faith Beard (Doug), Diane Hall (Larry) and Hope Ludy (Paul). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Ester's memory may be made to Rockford Reformed Church, Edison Christian Health Center or the Alzheimer's Association.
