He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret "Peg" and Larsen; his daughter-in-law Marie Howard; and his brother Duane Howard. He is survived by: his children, Alicia, Tim Waters of Greenville and Allen Howard of Sheridan; and his sisters, Vanessa Wisman, Vicki DeVries and Sherry Coleman. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
