She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rolland Irene Elkins and Gillespie; her husband Erwin Wood; her son David Wood (Trudy) of Greenville; her sisters-in-law, LaVerne Austin of Florida and Dorothy Dancer of Sparta; and her sister Sarah Ritz. She was also cherished by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to Calvary Baptist Church, Cannonsville Critters, or Spectrum Health Hospice.
