With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deborah Lou Ockert (Greenville, Michigan), born in Ionia, Michigan, who passed away on July 22, 2023 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Loren Walkington. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Walkington; her children, Beth Ockert (James Skeltis) and Nate Ockert (Brittney); her grandchildren, Thomas Ockert, Rylee Lance, Maryia Berry, Wyatt Berry, Donnalee Lance, Brooklyn Ockert and Jensen Ockert; her brothers, Loren Walkington Jr. (Wynn Ochoa), Rex Walkington and Dave Walkington; and her former husband Tim Ockert.
Memorial contributions may be directed to GARCC Youth Scholarship Fund (a secondary fund is available to donate to that will go to the Community of Greenville).
