She was predeceased by: her parents, James Newland and Kathryn Newland (Gall); her sons, James Knapp and Joel Knapp; her grandson Bryan Knapp; her brother Clifford Newland; her brother-in-law Bud Berendt; and her stepson Dennis Knapp.
She is survived by: her husband Floyd S. Knapp; her children, Jeffrey Knapp (Catherine) and Jill Tice (Jeff); her sisters, Barb Berendt and Kathleen Cole (William); and her stepdaughter Dianne Ensign (Terry). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Memorial contributions may be given to First Baptist Church or Guiding Light Missions.
